How To Play Think Tank Trivia!

Your Trivia host will provide you 3 game cards. Two of them are for our Trivia Rounds and one of them is for our Team Challenge.


  1. Write your Team Name on all 3 game cards. 
  2. Number the Rounds 1 - 6. 
  3. You will wager points 2, 4, or 6 for Rounds 1 - 3.
  4. You will wager points 3, 5, or 7 for Rounds 4 - 6.
  5. Make sure you click KNOW YOUR TRIVIA on the web page or follow us on Facebook! This is where you will find your free answer by studying up on the featured category. One question will be asked at the end of Round 3 for the Know Your Trivia question.
  6. Question 2 for each round is an opportunity to DOUBLE DOWN. You will be asked two questions which is why there are two lines for Question 2. You can choose to answer EITHER question and play it safe OR if you decide to Double Down you will get double the points you wagered for that question IF BOTH ANSWERS ARE CORRECT. If your team decided to double down and EITHER question is wrong, your team will LOSE ALL POINTS WAGERED FOR THAT QUESTION ONLY. You DO NOT have to Double Down. It is optional!! If your team chooses to play it safe and NOT Double Down, you will either get the points you wagered if the one answer your team wrote is correct, or if the answer is wrong, you will lose the points you wagered for that question only.
  7. Once one game card is fully completed, your trivia host will collect the game cards or your team captain can bring it up to your trivia host.
  8. When it's time for the Team Challenge, your trivia host will give you five clues to write down on your Team Challenge game card. After you hear the clues, your host will ask your team what you need to write down per the clues provided. Each correct answer is worth 2 points. Your host will also have you circle one of your answers with an additional question that is worth 3 points. There are a total of 13 points up for grabs for the Team Challenge.
  9. Points get tallied at the completion of each game card during intermission. Your Trivia host will announce the answers and standings between these levels.
  10. There is NO CHEATING at all during trivia so no use of cell phones, smart watches, or any other reference materials. We also ask that team members stay at the table while the game card is in play so they do not sneak off to look up any answers. We will catch you! Let's play a fair game and most of all HAVE FUN!!! In the case a team is caught cheating and the host has given a warning and it continues, the team is welcome to keep playing, but the points do not count and your game card will not be scored.
